About the Role

As a part-time remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for transferring data from one source to another through various means, including data entry equipment, word processing, and verbal recordings. Your primary goal will be to ensure that data is accurately and efficiently processed, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Entering data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files with precision and speed

  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless data processing

Requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data

  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

Qualifications

* Data Entry Clerk: 1 year of experience (required)

  • Excel/Filing: 1 year of experience (required)
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data entry issues
