Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced part-time remote customer service representative to join our National Campaigns Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional shareholder communications services to our internal clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders through inbound, outbound, and email responses

  • Direct shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Good speaking voice and strong phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Familiarity with shareholder communications and voting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
