Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and our team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and coordinating equipment delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and our team through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Order Coordination: Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals, and create orders or schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with patients, healthcare providers, and our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of equipment delivery.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain patient information, orders, and other relevant data in our system.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • 1 year of customer service experience: Retail and restaurant experience are acceptable, but we're looking for candidates with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and our team.
  • Attention to detail: You'll need to be highly detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately enter and maintain patient information, orders, and other relevant data.
  • Time management and organization: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: You'll need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare: Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Certifications and training: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $16.00 - $16.00 per hour
