The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with SMEs and MPS to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products and services

  • Knowledge of tax preparation software or similar products
  • Experience working with customers who have complex or technical issues
  • Ability to work in a bilingual or multilingual environment
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour

  • $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost: Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available, must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify
  • $310 Certification bonus just for participating in getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert
