Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Converting in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Answering and responding to customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Converting in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments, ensuring customer capture and satisfaction
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
- US work authorization required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry
- Knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (desired)
