Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Converting in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Answering and responding to customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Converting in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments, ensuring customer capture and satisfaction
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license required
  • US work authorization required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry

  • Knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (desired)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
