Job Summary
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue. You'll work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, surrounded by a talented team of experts who share your passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to help our clients improve their business
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and benefits
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
Nice-to-Haves
* Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Familiarity with our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of our offerings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
