Responsibilities As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you will have a wide range of duties, including: * Guiding new customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained and can effectively use our product * Providing deep subject matter expertise on arenaflex solutions and best practices to help customers achieve value * Offering technical guidance on in-depth use case implementation and helping demonstrate the value of the product's capabilities to advance product adoption and expansion * Serving as a technical resource, resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams * Strong ability to communicate with highly technical customers and an ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience * Collecting customer feedback on product functionality and working with the product development team to implement improvements * Maintaining regular communication with assigned accounts, understanding their ongoing needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of customer interactions and technical solutions provided * Working closely with the support, sales, product development, and other teams to provide seamless customer experience * Expected travel under 5% Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * Bachelor's degree * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role * Strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking * Familiarity with mobile operating systems * Scripting experience is helpful * Self-motivated as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to achieve performance goals * Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Shape the Future with Us At arenaflex, we're pioneering the next wave of software development and security.
