Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers and operators by providing accurate and helpful information
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
- Tracking bad reviews and support cases to identify problems and resolve them efficiently
- Suggesting and implementing changes to improve operational workflows and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintaining regular contact with current Transport Operators to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Up to 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Verbal and written fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of internet services and software technologies, including Zendesk and SQL (a plus)
- Self-organization and great time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a quick response time and ability to raise questions or escalate issues to the responsible person
- A long-term commitment to the role, with a focus on career growth and development
