Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their queries and issues
  • Provide exceptional support experiences to our customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (not required, but a plus)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: €15.50 per hour

  • Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
