The Role
As a Lead Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data analysts in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights that inform product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain complex data models and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architecture and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis and data science
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture
- Experience with data governance and data quality assurance
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
- Experience with data engineering and data architecture
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of data analysts

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary range: $136,100 - $182,400 per year
