Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management team. You'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, and for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs

  • Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis that answers business questions for internal clients
  • Design and develop packages for internal clients
  • Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
  • Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* 2-4 years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)

  • Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
  • Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
  • Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
  • Crystal Reporting experience preferred
