Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for our private transportation clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling calls, and using our software to take down information and communicate with clients via Whatsapp. If you're a strong communicator, have excellent problem-solving skills, and are available to work weekend and overnight shifts, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for private transportation clients
- Use software to take down information and communicate with clients via Whatsapp
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Log in and log off for each shift, ensuring accurate record-keeping and accountability
- Reach out to the next agent before your shift ends to ensure a smooth handover
- Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances
- Meet performance targets and quality standards, as measured by arenaflex
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using software and technology to take down information and communicate with clients
- Availability to work weekend and overnight shifts (10pm-5am PST)
- Reliable internet connection and a smartphone or laptop/computer for work purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the private transportation industry or a similar sector
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
- Experience working in a contract or freelance capacity
