Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities and Operations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, data analysis, project planning, and data visualization to inform business decisions
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to communicate key findings and recommendations
• Build skills and knowledge through self-improvement, team training, and client (internal) feedback
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business results
• Direct senior leaders and direct reports to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
• Regularly report to the Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors) to ensure alignment with business objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field

• 3+ years of work experience in a related field, preferably in a retail or field-based environment
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, data visualization, and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business results
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment, preferably with arenaflex

• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including data visualization software and statistical analysis packages
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to analyze and improve business processes

* Work from home with occasional travel (less than 10% of the time)
