Job Summary

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day, making it perfect for those who value work-life balance. Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You'll also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services

Requirements
