Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Live Chat Agents. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day, making it perfect for those who value work-life balance. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of a world-renowned airline.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You'll also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
  • Assisting customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Working closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Strong written communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers via live chat, providing clear and concise responses to their inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously: As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need to be able to handle multiple chat sessions at once, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills: You'll need to be comfortable using a computer and typing quickly and accurately.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection: A fast and reliable internet connection is essential for this role, as you'll be working remotely and relying on your internet connection to communicate with customers.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays: As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need to be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
  • Must reside in the State of Georgia: Due to the nature of this role, you must reside in the State of Georgia to be eligible for this position.
