Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring our passengers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting passengers with booking, reservations, and changes to their travel plans, and providing information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, while striving to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and changes to their travel plans
  • Provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
