Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring that you can effectively communicate with customers and document their interactions.
