Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Manager on our AppleCare team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and reducing costs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop data-driven solutions, and implement changes that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will be essential in driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and reducing costs
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and develop recommendations for change
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and reducing costs through data-driven decision making
- Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming languages
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Apple's products and services (desired)
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment (desired)
