Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Call Center team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty-related customer service and billing inquiries, providing expert guidance on policy coverage, quotes, and changes. If you possess a Property and Casualty insurance license and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle property and casualty-related customer service and billing inquiries via telephone, providing expert guidance on policy coverage, quotes, and changes.
- Review and update policies to enhance retention and better meet the needs of our policyholders.
- Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to ensure they have sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance.
- Make recommendations and/or changes to policies, gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes.
- Receive and respond to calls and emails, documenting all activity in EPIC, our customer relationship management system.
- Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms for insured, and act as a liaison for information exchange between customers and insurance companies.
- Process changes to policies within EPIC and submit changes to specific companies, following up to ensure timely processing.
- Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims.
- Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure timely return.
- Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment.
- Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Work Schedule
* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, with rotating Saturdays with the team (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
