Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions

  • Make phone calls to facilitate treatment and provide necessary solutions to our members
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards
