Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Updating our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
- Informing customers about new offers or services
- Following up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing with technician teams
- Overseeing the route optimization for technicians
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
