Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing inbound phone support to our members through the lifespan of their membership with us. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in building trust, resolving issues, and delivering a unique customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of arenaflex through inbound phone support
- Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience through a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their requirements
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner, with a focus on "1st call resolution"
- Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Meet productivity and call quality metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Suite
- Typing speed of 45WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Occasional overtime as needed
