Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Addressing customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media) in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism
- Adhering to established protocols and guidelines to ensure excellence and consistency
- Accurately documenting customer interactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Achieving individual and team performance objectives, including meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude consistently, even in challenging situations
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

- A flexible work schedule, with hours from 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EDT, Monday to Friday
