Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, building lasting relationships with our members and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, taking into account their unique circumstances and goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their benefits meet their evolving needs
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and compliance

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and families
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex benefit plans and resolve member concerns
  • Proficiency in benefit planning, sales, and customer support, with a deep understanding of the supplemental benefits industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows

  • Familiarity with benefit planning software and systems, with the ability to learn and master new tools and platforms
  • Certification in benefit planning, sales, or a related field, such as a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and families
