Contract Duration and Work Arrangements

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, and you will be working remotely. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being connected to our dynamic team and having access to all the resources and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks

As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders and ensure timely resolution of any issues
  • Working from a set list of priority orders, contacting clients to update them on the status of their order, and utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work and interactions with clients
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track client information, orders, and communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and outcomes

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track client information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in the communications, automotive, or media industries
