The Opportunity
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to work from anywhere in Southern or Eastern Europe, with the flexibility to balance work and personal life. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through email, live chat, and phone support
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners, advocating for their needs and concerns
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Airline Partnerships teams to improve the user experience and drive business growth
- Contribute to the continuous development of our customer support function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
- Work closely with the team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations
Essential Qualifications
* Service mindset, empathy, and excellent listening skills
- Positive attitude, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience working in contact center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Willingness to learn, open to feedback, and a team player with a strong focus on building relationships with peers, customers, and partners
