Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist – Customer Acquisition and Contract Renewals, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and renew existing contracts within your assigned territory
- Building strong relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication, product knowledge, and technical understanding of services
- Providing accurate sales forecasts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and managing external competitive pressures
- Initiating steps to address customer concerns, roadblocks, and satisfaction issues to ensure customer retention and growth
- Managing high volumes of customer contacts through phone and email, with a majority of communication being outbound
- Collaborating with your team and management to deliver a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure accurate data capture and analysis
- Undertaking sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, and renewing contracts
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience working in a sales capacity, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas and goals
- Prior experience in high-volume calling, learning new technology and data, and problem-solving
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, including proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience working from home or willingness to do so
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Experience in the technology or software industry
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish or other languages relevant to your assigned territory

Location and Language Requirements
This role is based in the USA, with the option to work from home. English is the primary language required for this position.
Time Type and Physical & Mental Requirements
This is a full-time position, requiring a regular commitment of 40 hours per week. The work is generally sedentary in nature, with occasional travel to client sites or meetings.
