About the Role

As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be part of our AWS IT Services Support team, which provides top-notch IT support to arenaflex employees worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to manage local and/or remote resources, working closely with the global organization to define and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to create a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, leveraging your expertise in IT operations management to drive process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage local and/or remote resources to ensure seamless IT support for arenaflex employees worldwide

• Collaborate with the global organization to define and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Develop and implement strategies to create a seamless and efficient experience for customers
• Identify opportunities to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement
• Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
• Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success
• Develop and leverage the knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations

• 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT operations manager
• Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS)

• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
