Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in connecting our clients with the language support they need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service and delivering a highly satisfying customer experience
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve client issues and meet their needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
