Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Representative to join our arenaflex team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest support, resolving issues, and driving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status. You will work closely with our Guesty and Operto Teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ Provide exceptional guest support via phone, email, and messaging platforms + Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests to resolve issues + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional guest experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and management
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and switch between tasks seamlessly
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Guesty and/or HostAI, with experience leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging
- Availability: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Time Zone: Availability to work in the CST and Eastern United States time zones
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with ChatGPT: Experience leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging
- Vendor Relations: Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- Financial Knowledge: Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
