Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating team, where you'll drive business growth and efficiency across our Global Support and Trustworthiness Tasks (GSIO) organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the development of forecasting processes for assigned business lines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation
• Analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
• Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize business performance
• Providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities

* Lead the development of forecasting processes for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements, using tools like SQL, Succeed, Sigma, and Scene
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders and business partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and efficiency

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Research, or Computer Science

• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or operations role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL, Succeed, Sigma, and Scene, with experience working with data visualization tools and reporting software
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and drive process improvements to achieve them

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Research, or Computer Science

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency
• Certification in business analysis, operations research, or a related field
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as Snowflake and AWS
• Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, with experience applying them to business problems
