Job Summary
We're seeking Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What You'll Need to Succeed
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) is a plus
- Availability to work three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as needed)
