Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop recommendations for process improvements. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will be essential in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain business cases and proposals to justify investments and drive business outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise reports and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience with advanced data analysis tools, such as SQL, R, or Python
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Oracle or SAP
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive efficiency and reduce costs
