Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service experiences, building trust and confidence with our clients
- Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment
- Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately
- Proactively taking action to resolve customer needs and improve skills through practice
- Applying new knowledge or skills quickly to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities
- Maintaining a high level of energy and resilience to maximize performance
- Collaborating with our team to achieve individual and team goals
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
