Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
