Position Overview

As a Virtual Chat Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our health products, services, and resources through live chat. Your role will involve assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience—all from the comfort of your home! You'll be working closely with our customer service team to provide accurate information, resolve complex issues, and gather customer feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
