Responsibilities
As a Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with families to understand their financial challenges and goals
- Educating and guiding clients through personalized strategies
- Building lasting relationships and being a trusted representative for financial wellbeing
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the most effective guidance and support
Field Representative
As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with families to understand their financial challenges and goals
- Educating and guiding clients through personalized strategies
- Building lasting relationships and being a trusted representative for financial wellbeing
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Field Trainer
As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Mentoring and developing new representatives
- Conducting workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement
- Leading by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Branch Manager (VP of Operations)
As a Branch Manager (VP of Operations), you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing office operations and ensuring alignment with our mission and values
- Inspiring and leading a team of representatives and trainers
- Driving initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Qualifications
To be successful as a Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess:
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
As a Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will receive:
- A competitive salary range of $24,500.00 - $187,500.00 per year
