Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for entering information into our database from paper documents, ensuring that customer sales contracts are complete and accurate. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date. If you're highly proficient with typing skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter information into our database from paper documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Key data, both Alpha and Numerical, to ensure customer sales contracts are complete and accurate
  • Identify discrepancies and discrepancies in data entry, and take corrective action as needed
  • Accurately read, count, and write to complete all necessary documentation regarding detailed customer orders
  • Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to fellow staff as needed and/or instructed by management
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to data confidentiality principles

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk

  • Highly proficient with typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles
  • Ability to multitask and effectively communicate
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
  • Friendly, helpful demeanor and professional appearance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Knowledge of database management systems and software
  • Experience with data entry software and hardware
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
