Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their queries. Your expertise in Portuguese and Spanish will enable you to communicate effectively with our clients, while your experience in the pharmaceutical industry will give you a unique understanding of their needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound calls, resolving issues and providing solutions to customer queries
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish speaking a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
