Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Retail Location

Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
- Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

- Temperature: Our Locker locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
- Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you would expect in a grocery store.
- Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
