Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Utilize technical expertise to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the team to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
