Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling products or services to customers as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
