Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating data into company databases and systems with precision and attention to detail
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data, and performing routine data verification and clean-up tasks
  • Reviewing and checking documents for errors or discrepancies, and responding to inquiries related to data entry and providing support where needed
  • Assisting in data management tasks and report generation as required, and following data entry processes to maintain confidentiality
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data management and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or relevant certifications a plus)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

Preferred Skills

While not required, experience with data entry or administrative tasks is a plus, as is knowledge of database management systems. Familiarity with basic data entry software and tools is also a bonus.
