Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verifying and updating existing data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records for easy retrieval, adhering to our strict confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all company and client information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
  • Communicating with team members to clarify information and resolve discrepancies as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred but not required, as we're open to training and developing the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations, ensuring you can navigate our systems with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, ensuring the highest quality of work and minimizing errors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, demonstrating your self-motivation and time management skills.

Shift Details

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll work in an evening shift that offers flexibility and opportunities for supplemental income. Your shift details will be:

  • Hours: Evening shift (approximately 4 PM - 9 PM, flexible).
  • Days: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Compensation and Benefits
