Role Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools, such as Slack, Zoom, or Skype.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
  • Must be located in the United States with access to a reliable internet connection.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
