Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through: + Responding promptly to emails, chat inquiries, and phone calls in a professional manner + Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and data integrity + Following company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

  • Accurately enter and update customer information into company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and data management

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in customer service or data entry roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
