Key Responsibilities
* Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy, ensuring the integrity of our systems and customer information
- Maintain and update customer information, shipping details, and other records, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify information, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Follow company policies to ensure confidentiality and data security, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, supporting the smooth operation of our services
What We're Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
