eCommerce Platform Coordinator/Specialist - Remote Phoenix $ Up to: $140000/Annually Refer & Earn $750 View Referral Details JOB DESCRIPTION client, an established Engineering Technology company in the Northwest Phoenix area, has an opening for an eCommerce Platform Coordinator/Specialist. Role Overview: The eCommerce Platform Coordinator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the company's online sales platforms. This role ensures product data accuracy, platform stability, operational efficiency, and alignment with commercial goals. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role owns the day to day performance, optimization, and governance of an organization's eCommerce platforms. Duties: Platform Management - Oversee daily operations across platforms such as Znode and bespoke systems. Ensure uptime, functionality, and seamless user experience Product Catalogue Oversight - Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, categorization, SEO metadata, and digital assets Content Coordination - Publish banners, landing pages, promotions, and seasonal updates in collaboration with marketing and design teams Technical Issue Resolution - Liaise with external developers to troubleshoot bugs, integrations, and platform enhancements Analytics & Reporting - Monitor and provide actionable insights Process & Workflow Optimization - Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across product onboarding, content workflows, and platform processes Cross Functional Collaboration - Work closely with merchandising, logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure alignment and smooth operations Quality Assurance - Conduct regular audits of product pages, checkout flows, mobile responsiveness, and site performance Vendor & Tool Management - Coordinate with third party partners (payment gateways, search tools, review platforms, etc.) 5+ years in an eCommerce operations or platform coordination role Experience with CMS and PIM tools Proficiency in web analytics (GA4) Understanding of SEO fundamentals, product taxonomy, and UX best practices Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders Comfortable working with Web Technologies: REST/Web API, HTML5/SCSS, and JSON/XML, to communicate effectively with our 3rd Party web development partner Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and documentation skills KPIs for Success: Platform uptime and stability Product listing accuracy and speed to market Conversion rate improvements Reduction in platform errors or customer reported issues Successful execution of campaigns and promotions Efficiency gains in workflows and processes Nice to haves: eCommerce Platform experience in Znode or bespoke systems or other types of eCommerce platform experience will work Remote Skills: Alliance/Partner Marketing, Application Programming Interface (API), Auditing, Best Practices, Communication Skills, Content Management Systems (CMS), Cross-Functional, Customer Support/Service, Data Quality, Detail Oriented, Documentation, Government Organizations, HTML5, Identify Issues, Internet Technology, JSON, Logistics, Marketing, Merchandising, Metadata, Multiplatform/Cross-Platform, Multitasking, Onboarding, Operations, Organizational Skills, Performance Metrics, Performance Tuning/Optimization, Problem Solving Skills, Process Improvement, Product Pricing, Promotional Programs, Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM), Quality Assurance, REST (Representational State Transfer), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Taxonomies, Third-Party Payer, Time Management, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), Web Analytics, Web Programming, Website Conversion, XML (EXtensible Markup Language), eCommerce, eCommerce Sales About the Company: ESRhealthcare and EXEC STAFF RECRUITERS Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
