Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-A) - 1099 Contractor
Position Overview Restoring Waves is seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing remote team as a 1099 independent contractor. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build or expand your caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about client-centered care and committed to delivering ethical, culturally responsive services.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual individual and couples therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
- Develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other providers as needed
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
- Manage your schedule while meeting agreed-upon availability
Qualifications
- Active LCSW license (both fully licensed and associates are welcome)
- Master's Degree in Social work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience providing telehealth services preferred
