Role Description We are seeking a Fractional CFO/HRD/COO/Owner for the Business Connections role at Refer For Healthcare Residuals™. This part-time, remote position involves promoting Impact Health Sharing and connecting businesses, families, and individuals to a cost-effective and community-driven healthcare solution. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, explaining the benefits of the program, and building meaningful relationships to grow membership. You will also work to foster awareness and engagement while driving the adoption of innovative healthcare alternatives.

Qualifications

Finance-related skills, including Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and understanding of financial data interpretation Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients Experience in business operations, client acquisition, or referral program management is advantageous Proficiency in remote work tools and willingness to work collaboratively in a flexible, part-time capacity Passion for providing cost-effective solutions and supporting community-driven healthcare models Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
