Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Technical Writer/Business Analyst within our team .

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather documentation requirements
• Create and maintain user manuals, process documentation, and training materials
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation
• Develop use cases, workflows, and technical specifications
• Maintain documentation repositories using Markdown and structured formats
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency
• Support knowledge management and documentation standardization
• Assist in requirements gathering and business analysis activities

Qualifications:

• 0–5 years of experience in technical writing or business analysis
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Familiarity with Markdown and documentation systems
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear content

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WIC or public sector programs
• Exposure to business analysis practices
• Experience creating user-focused documentation and guides

The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $80,000-$140,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law. Additionally, this position aligns with the Voyatek Career Framework as a level 03 individual contributor in a Business Analysis & Design position.
